CANAAN, NH – Hillsboro-Deering trailed at the half by one point, but used a 25-18 second half to down host Mascoma Valley, 41-35, on Tuesday night.
Morgan Dean scored a season-high 23 points to lead the way for the Hillcats, while Aralyn Chiasson (15) and Molly Gray (14) each scored in double-figures for the Royals.
With the win, Hillsboro improves to 4-8, with Mascoma dropping to 1-11.
