Team Insiders

The people closest to each team, helping us tell its story

A Team Insider is one person who takes ownership of one team — a parent, a fan, a former player. After a game they send us the final score, who scored, and anything worth knowing: a milestone, a comeback, a senior night. We handle the rest. It is a volunteer role, and the teams below are the ones still looking for somebody.

Cover Your Team

We text you after your team's games, so we do need this one.

What we'd ask of you

  • Send us the final score as soon as the game ends — a reply to our text is all it takes.
  • With it, the leading scorers, and anything worth knowing: a milestone, a comeback, senior night.
  • Every game your team plays, home and away, for the season.
  • One person per team. Nobody else is covering it, so the score comes from you.

It is a volunteer role. No writing, no deadlines beyond the score, and no experience needed.
