#4 Coe-Brown narrowly escaped first round play of the D-II state tourney with a 58-55 victory over visiting #13 Kingswood on Tuesday night in Northwood. With the win, head Coach Dave Smith recorded the 650th victory of his career.
The Bears advance to the quarterfinals where they will take on #12 Kennett on Friday at 7:00 pm.
