Behind a game-high 26 points from Will O’Connell, Milford went on the road and defeated ConVal, 67-53, on Friday night.
Kai La Quan added 14 points for the Spartans, while the Cougars were paced by Max Cail (12) and Ryan Close (10).
Milford improves to 4-7, ConVal falls to 0-9.

Pelham jumped out to a 14-4 lead after the 1st quarter and never looked back as the Pythons defeated visiting Milford, 51-17 on Thursday night.
Olivia Todd (12 points), Grace Riley (11) and Sophia Joncas (10) all netted double-digits for Pelham.
With the win, the Pythons improve to 6-4 on the season, while the Spartans fall to 5-5.

Playing at the Milford Middle School due to voting at the high school didn’t slow down the host Spartans on Tuesday night. Milford blanked visiting Kingswood, 20-0, in the first quarter and cruised to a 59-19.
The Spartans were led by a game-high 17 points from Ellianna Nassy and 16 from Avery Fuller. The Knights were paced by nine points from Caelynn Blatenberger.
With the win, Milford snaps a four-game skid and improves to 5-4, while Kingswood falls to 0-10.

Leading by 13 heading to the fourth quarter, Hollis-Brookline held off a late Milford surge to hang on for a 57-54 on Wednesday night.
The Cavs were led by 14 points apiece from Samantha Disco and Anika Carlson, while Grace Dow added 13. Ellianna Nassy pumped in a game-high 19 points for Milford, while Claire Cote (14) and Libby Pond (12) also added double figures.
With the win, HB improves to to 4-2 on the year. After starting the season 4-0, Milford has dropped three straight and falls to 4-3 on the season.

The Lebanon girls went on the road and earned their first win of the 2023-23 season with a 46-33 victory at Milford.
The Raiders improve to 1-4, while the Spartans have now dropped two straight and fall to 4-2.

The Derryfield Cougars went on the road and defeated previously unbeaten Milford (4-1), 50-40, on Wednesday night.
The Cougars were led by 14 points from Bre McCabe and 11 from Tia Ferdinando, while the Spartans was paced by 14 from Shea Hansen and 10 from Ellianna Nassy.
With the win, Derryfield improves to 3-1 on the season.

Plymouth doubled up visiting Milford in the first half of action, 40-20, and cruised to a 67-40 victory on Tuesday night.
The host Bobcats were paced by a trio of double-figure scorers: Turner Oldenburg (16 points), Johnny Flaherty (14) and Dylan Webster (14). The Spartans were led by 12 from Kai Lau Quan and 11 from Will O’Connell.
With the win, Plymouth improves to 3-1 on the season, while Milford falls to 2-2.
