St. Thomas soars past visiting Conant

DOVER, NH – St. Thomas Aquinas picked up its third-straight win to start the season as the Saints soared to a 67-46 victory over visiting Conant on Friday night.

STA put up a 21-point win with a trio of high performers. Emilie Von Der Linden led the way with 22 points, followed by Lila Anthony (13) and Emma Toriello (12). The Orioles were paced by Hannah Manley with 16 points.

With the loss, Conant falls to 2-2.

Moultonborough downs Gorham on the road

GORHAM, NH – Moultonborough picked up the win in a low scoring affair on Thursday night, 26-18, at Gorham.

Makenna Eichhorn scored game high 13 points for the Panthers, while Emma Besisle and Risa Gallant each totaled 6 points for the Huskies.

Moultonborough jumps up to 2-2 on the season, while Gorham drops to 2-3.

Fall Mountain downs Newport, moves to 4-0

Langdon, NH – Fall Mountain stays undefeated, using a 19-point second quarter to cruise by Newport 45-32 on Wednesday night.

Riley Beckwith scored a season-high 16 points to the lead the Wildcats, Clara Stewart added 11 of her own in the win.

Taylor Fellows netted double figures for the Tigers, adding 11 points.

Londonderry comes-from-behind to down Memorial

LONDONDERRY, NH – Trailing by six points entering the fourth quarter, Londonderry’s Mason Paquette caught fire and led the Lancers to a 55-53 come-from-behind win over visiting Manchester Memorial on Thursday night.

Paquette finished the night with 30 points, 13 of them coming in the final stanza. The Crusaders were paced by 17 points from Joel Gomez, while Christian Bilolo (12 points) and Bory Bory (11) also netted double figures.

With the win, Londonderry improves to 2-1 on the season, while Memorial falls to 1-2.

Newmarket downs Wilton, improves to 4-0

NEWMARKET, NH – Eleven Mules scored as Newmarket cruised past visiting Wilton-Lyndeborough, 68-22, on Thursday night.

Newmarket was paced by 14 points from Jaron LaBranche, while Nick Minutelli added 12. The Warriors were led by Ben Jacob’s 12 points.

With the win, the Mules improve to 4-0 on the season, while Wilton-Lyndeborough falls to 2-2.

Salem sails past Goffstown

GOFFSTOWN, NH – Salem went on the road and improved to 3-0 on the season with a dominant 59-17 victory at Goffstown on Thursday night.

The Blue Devils were led by 17 points from Lindsay Goetz, while Lily George also scored in double-digits with 13 points, 12 of which came in the first quarter.

The Grizzlies fall to 0-3 to start the year.

Newfound earns tough win at White Mountains

WHITEFIELD, NH – Newfound uses balanced scoring attack to earn a 60-58 victory at White Mountains on Thursday night.

Landin Sargent piled in 13 points to lead the Bears, while Kasen Smith dropped a season-high 31 points, including all 12 of the Spartans’ fourth quarter points in the loss.

With the win, Newfound improves to 2-1, while White Mountains remains winless and drops to 0-3.

Merrimack gets first win of the season at Spaulding

ROCHESTER, NH – In a match-up between two winless teams, visiting Merrimack went on the road and defeated Spaulding, 37-31, on Friday night.

Abby Herod led the way for the Tomahawks with a game-high 16 points, while the Red Raiders were paced by Damiya Perkins’ 11 points.

With the win, Merrimack improves to 1-2 on the season, while Spaulding falls to 0-3.

Nossiff nets 1000th career point, leads Dover past North

DOVER, NH – Lilly Nossiff poured in 34 points, including the 1,000th of her career, to lead Dover to a 72-65 victory over visiting Nashua North on Thursday night.

Olivia Rutland (13 points) and Avery Littlefield (11), both netted double-digits for the Green Wave. Leading the way for the Titans was Madelyn Tino with 20 points, followed by 16 from Angie King and 15 by Aidan Walker.

With the win, Dover improves to 1-2, while North falls to 0-3.

White Mountains rolls past Newfound

WHITEFIELD, NH – White Mountains started hot and stayed hot in its 54-14 home victory against Newfound on Thursday night.

Harper Rowe had a game high 14 points, including 4 from beyond the arc, while Mackie Foss added 10 for the Spartans.

White Mountains wins its first game of the year, moving to 1-2. Newfound drops to 0-3 following the loss.
