Eagles remain perfect with win over Pittsburg-Canaan

The stingy Groveton defense allowed just 22 points as the Eagles defeated visiting Pittsburg-Canaan, 45-22, on Tuesday night.

On the season, the Eagles are holding opponents to under 20 points per game. With the win, Groveton moves to a perfect 5-0, while the Yellow Jackets fall to 1-3.

Golden Eagles move to 4-0 with win over Inter-Lakes

Gilford held visiting Inter-Lakes to just two first-quarter points en route to a 57-40 victory on Tuesday night.

The Golden Eagles were led by 14 points from Henry Sleeper, 13 from Grant and 11 from Gelo, while the Lakers were paced by Addie Kernen’s game-high 21 points.

With the win, Gilford improves to 4-0 on the season, while Inter-Lakes falls to 1-3.

White Mountains comes from behind at Stevens

The Spartans scored just four points in the first quarter and five in the fourth, but dominated the middle quarters as White Mountains earned a 45-33 come-from-behind win at Stevens on Wednesday night.

Trailing 11-4 after eight minutes of play, the Spartans outscored the host Cardinals 16-13 in the second and 20-7 in the third to take control of the game.

White Mountains was led by a game-high 18 points, including four threes, from Kasen Smith. Stevens was paced by Owen Wilkinson’s 14 points.

With the win, the Spartans improve to 3-1 on the season, while Stevens falls to 2-3.

Bedford cruises past Trinity

It was all hands on deck at Trinity on Tuesday night as as the defending champion Bedford Bulldogs took down the Pioneers 84-63.

Shosa’s 34 lifts West over Lebanon

Max Shosa poured in a game-high 34 points to lead Manchester West to a 72-49 victory over visiting Lebanon on Tuesday night.

Nathias Obando (14 points) and Tevin Edmunds (11) both added double-figures for the Blue Knights. Lebanon was led by 13 points from Nick Brill.

West improves to 3-0 on the season, while Lebanon falls to 0-3.

Moulton leads Kingswood to come-from-behind win

Behind a game-high 17 points from Brady Moulton, Kingswood went on the road and earned a come-from-behind win at Hollis-Brookline on Tuesday night.

The Knights trailed by eight entering the fourth quarter, 44-36, but rallied over the final eight minutes to come away with the win.

Emerson De Nitto also adeed 12 points for the Kingswood. The Cavs were paced by 10 points from James Arthur.

With the win, Kingswood improves to 2-1 on the season, while HB falls to 1-2.
