PCA defeats Mount Royal

DOVER, NH – Portsmouth Christian Academy defeated visiting Mount Royal, 53-35, on Friday night.

Ava Buchanan led all scorers with 23 points for the Eagles, while running mate Jaela Stockbower tallied 15 of her own.

Lucy Treece netted 20 points to lead the Knights.

With the win, PCA soars to 4-1 on the year, while the Knights drop to 3-4.

Bedford bests Manchester Memorial

MANCHESTER, NH – Bedford poured in 25 points in the first quarter and went on to defeat host Manchester Memorial, 71-48, on Friday night.

The Bulldogs were paced by a game-high 24 points from Logan O’Connell. Connor O’Rourke and Wiji Dak added 16 and 13, respectively, for Bedford.

Christian Bilolo led the Crusaders with 18 points.

With the win, Bedford pushes its win streak to five games and its record to 5-1. Memorial falls to 3-3.

Pittsburg-Canaan downs Lin-Wood in overtime

PITTSBURG, NH – Trailing by seven late in the fourth quarter, Pittsburg-Canaan used a strong surge to force overtime, picking up the 75-64 win against visiting Lin-Wood Friday night.

Daemon Jaimes scored a game high 31 points, including 17 in the fourth quarter/overtime, Drew Pettit (16), Joey Cristoforo (13) and Aiden Gray (10) also netted double figures for the Yellow Jackets.

Mason Clark scored 23, Brody Murray had 13 and Colt Sothard had 12 for the Lumberjacks.

Pittsburg-Canaan jumps to 4-2, Lin-Wood falls to 2-6.

Battle of Unbeatens: Londonderry tops Salem

SALEM, NH – Londonderry went on the road and handed Salem their first loss of the season, 65-43, in a battle between unbeaten squads on Friday night.

In the win the Lancers were led by Gemma Murray with 23 points and Sammie Sullivan with 22. The Blue Devils were paced by Makayla Burns with 13 followed by Lindsay Goetz with 12.

Salem falls to 5-1, while Londonderry advances to 4-0.

White Mountains flys past Inter-Lakes

MEREDITH, NH – White Mountains scored 26 opening quarter points and flew past host Inter-Lakes, 92-59, on Friday night.

Kasen Smith led all scorers, tying his season high 31 points for the Spartans. Aiden Whipple (19), Shayne Ferrill (13) and George Walsh (12) also scored in double digits for WMRHS.

The Lakers were led by Riley Maher’s 18 points and Jake Ambrose added 14, including four three pointers.

The Spartans pick up their third win, improving to 3-4, while Inter-Lakes drops to 2-5.

Pittsburg-Canaan sails past Lin-Wood

PITTSBURG, NH – Pittsburg-Canaan sailed past visiting Lin-Wood on Friday night, 61-31.

The Yellow Jackets opened the game with a 19-4 lead and never looked back.

Leading the Yellow Jackets was Leahana Haynes with 15 points and Paige Robertson with 11. Kiley Claremont gave it her all for the Lumberjacks pouring in a game-high 16 points on the night.

With the win, the Yellowjackets improve to 4-2 while the Lumberjacks fall to 3-6.

Kearsarge downs unbeaten Raymond, improves to 7-0

NORTH SUTTON, NH – Kearsarge used a 37 point second half to knock off unbeaten Raymond, 66-53, on Friday night.

The Cougars were led by a season high 25 points from Austin Needham, while Eli Whipple added 17 to the box score.

Jacobi Cumberbatch (20) and Drezell Duffaut (19) combined for 39 in the loss.

Kearsarge improves to 7-0 while Raymond drops to 6-1.

Farmington rolls past Hinsdale

FARMINGTON, NH – Demery Hadges and Noah Elwell combined for 50 points as Farmington defeated visiting Hinsdale, 72-57, on Friday night.

The Tigers came out of the gates strong and took a 22-11 lead after one quarter of play and it was too much for the Pacers to overcome.

Hadges netted a game-high 28 points, while Elwell added 22. Lucas Watson chipped in with 14. Hinsdale was paced by 16 from Chris Colon and 13 by John Winter.

Farmington snaps a three-game skid to improve to 3-3 on the season. After starting the season 3-0, Hinsdale has dropped it’s last three games and falls to 3-3.

Strong start sends Farmington past Hinsdale

FARMINGTON, NH – Farmington jumped out to a 23-4 lead after the first quarter of action and rolled to a 60-27 victory over visiting Hinsdale on Friday night.

The Tigers were led by 19 points from Madi Ricker, 14 from Shaylee DiPrizio and 10 from Zoey Johnson. The Pacers were paced by 21 from Gemma Doty.

Farmington improves to 4-2 on the season, while the Hinsdale falls to 4-3.
