Dover downs Portsmouth

DOVER, NH – Dover wins its third straight, defeat visiting Portsmouth 38-30 Tuesday night.

Lilly Nossiff led all scorers with 18 points, including eight from the charity stripe for the Green Wave.

Bridget Emery scored in double figures for the Clippers with 10.

Dover improves to 3-2 on the season, while Portsmouth drops to 3-2.

Fellows nets 1,000th career point, leads Newport past Hinsdale

NEWPORT, NH – Entering the night needing just 17 points to reach the 1,000-point plateau, Newport’s Aaron Fellows poured in a game-high 29 points to lead Division III Newport past D-IV Hinsdale, 91-77, on Tuesday night.

The host Tigers came out firing as they unloaded 50 first-half points and took a 13-point lead to the half and it was too much for the Pacers to overcome.

Christian Forsythe added 24 points for Newport, while Travis Avery also netted 17. The Pacers were paced by 26 points from Chris Colon and 25 from Connor Dixon and Jack Winter added 13.

With the win, the Tigers improve to 4-1 on the season. Hinsdale has now dropped two regular-season games in a row and falls to 3-2.

Portsmouth scores season high, clips Dover

PORTSMOUTH, NH – Portsmouth poured in a season-high 84 points to stay perfect and defeat visiting Dover, 84-59, on Tuesday night.

Isaiah Reis compiled 16 of his game high 28 points in the second quarter to lead the Clippers. Ryan Swartz also scored in double figures for Portsmouth with 14.

Yavier Morales scored a season-high 20 points, while Michael Gorman (13) and David Hurlburt (10) both added double figures for the Green Wave.

Portsmouth stays at the top, improving to 5-0. Dover falls to 2-3.

Raymond rolls past Epping

EPPING, NH – Division III Raymond went on the road and defeated Division IV Epping, 49-15, on Tuesday night.

Mollee Messenger scored 15 points, including a trio of three pointers, while Meadow Mitchell joined her in double figures with 13 of her own for the Rams.

With the win, Raymond jumps to 2-3 and Epping falls to 0-6.

Raymond downs Epping, remains unbeaten

EPPING, NH – Raymond stays undefeated as the Rams used a 23-point second quarter to defeat Epping, 61-46, on Tuesday night.

The Rams were led by three scorers in double digits: Drezell Duffaut (13), Caden Claytor (12) and Cam Morrill (10).

The Blue Devils were led by the game’s leading scorer Cam Kavanaugh, who tallied a season high 18, including four three pointers.

Raymond climbs to 5-0 on the season, while Epping falls to 4-2.

Battle of unbeatens: Bedford downs Pinkerton

BEDFORD NH- In an early season battle of undefeated teams, it was Bedford who came away victorious over Pinkerton, 65-52.

The Bulldogs were paced by a trio of double digit scorers. Sara Muir led the way with 18, while Kate Allard contributed 17 and Mel McCarthy added 12 points.

For the Astros, it was Brooke Benz who led in scoring with 15 points and Kaylee Dupues chipped in with 13 points as well.

Bedford stays unbeaten with the win and moves to 5-0. Pinkerton suffers their first loss of the season and falls to 4-1.

Gilford soars past Monadnock

GILFORD, NH – Gilford used a 28-point second quarter surge to soar past Monadnock, 71-34, on Monday night.

Gilford was led by Andrew Kelly with 18, including 9 points in the fourth quarter, while Brendan Baldi and Owen Hawkins chipped in with 12 and 11 points, respectively.

The Huskies fall to 2-3 following the loss and Gilford moves to 5-1 with the win.

Groveton knocks off D-III White Mountains

WHITEFIELD, NH – Groveton attacked White Mountains and came away with a 52-62 victory on Tuesday night.

The Eagles did all their work inside the arc, connecting on 24 two-point field goals and went 14-23 from the line, to come away with the win.

Groveton was led by Ashton Kenison who poured in 24 points. They also got 15 points from Hunter Parks.

The Spartans were paced by Aiden Whipple with 13, he did a lot of his damage late with 6 fourth quarter points.

With the win, Groveton moves to 3-2 on the season. White Mountains is now 3-4 following the loss.

D-IV Groveton remains perfect, downs D-III White Mountains

Whitefield, NH – The Groveton Eagles continued their undefeated campaign moving to 6-0, picking up a 50-44 victory on the road against White Mountains.

Groveton was led by Aspen Clermont with 21 points. She was joined in double-digits by Makailyn Kenison who contributed 20 points of her own.

For the Spartans, it was Harper Rowe who led the way with 15. Olivia Lorenz added 13 points as well. White Mountains falls to 3-3 on the season.

Second-half surge sends Nashua North past Concord

CONCORD, NH – Nashua North poured in 46 second-half points to roll to a 66-38 victory at Concord on Tuesday night.

North was paced by 15 points from Lily Small and 11 from Kayla Dahl. Concord was led by a game-high 20 points from Makayla Root

With the win, the Titans improve to 1-3, while the Tide fall to 0-4.
